What is the turnaround time?
Once you have ordered a product and we work on a fifteen-day turnaround. This is due to offering such a high quality and sustainable product, however, if you need something sourced quicker we may be able to help so please do give us a call on t:01189421548
What tropical hardwoods do you supply?
Currently, we can supply products in Cedar and tropical redwood, but we are looking to increase our product range once we find the right suppliers. So watch this space!

What about long-term maintenance of my tropical hardwood product?

How long do tropical timber products last versus other timber products?
Hard wood if treated correctly will last for at least 50 years. Soft wood if treated correctly will last up to 15 years. Hardwood keeps a much better appearance and should be oiled twice once it has been laid and then once every two years.
