Standard Delivery: If the item you’ve ordered is in stock, we aim to deliver it within 5 working days. This allows us to ensure that your order is processed, packed, and dispatched with care.
Custom Orders: For items that are out-of-stock or require machining and/or any form of customisation, the delivery time is extended to 12 working days. This additional time ensures that we meet the specific requirements of your order with precision.
Delivery Area: All orders are delivered via pallet so Standard Delivery applies to all mainland UK addresses, for any difficult to access or off-shore territories then please get in touch as delivery will be custom priced according to the weight of the order.
Delivery Charges: Our delivery charges are designed to be transparent and fair. Depending on the size and complexity of your order, typical delivery charges will range between £60 and £120. This fee covers the costs associated with ensuring your order arrives safely and on time.
We strive to keep you informed throughout the delivery process. If there are any changes to the expected delivery time, we will communicate these to you as soon as possible.
